REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached, and items must be returned in original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@emorieluxe.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll share detailed instructions on how and where to send your item(s).

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our offerings, we are unable to accept returns or refunds on:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that was damaged in transit or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email hello@emorieluxe.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
