  • Each party shall split the costs of the arbitrator’s fees equally

  • You agree to waive any right to a jury trial

  • If HyperSettle LLC prevails in enforcing any portion of these Terms, it shall be entitled to recover its attorneys' fees and costs incurred in doing so

8. Class Action Waiver

You agree that all disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. You expressly waive the right to participate in or bring a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
